Role Description
The Program Facilitator is a full-time, on-site role responsible for leading and supporting youth programs that align with the mission of Curls, Coils & Crowns. Day-to-day activities include planning and facilitating workshops, group sessions, and activities that promote self-esteem, leadership, and social-emotional learning for school-aged participants. The Program Facilitator will collaborate with schools, community partners, and caregivers to coordinate schedules, manage participant enrollment, and ensure programs run smoothly and safely. This role includes preparing lesson plans and materials, tracking attendance and outcomes, and providing regular feedback and reports to organizational leadership. The Program Facilitator will also help refine program content based on participant feedback, contribute to outreach efforts, and support organizational events as needed.
