Rolls-Royce plc in Indianapolis is seeking a Program Executive for US Defense Advanced Programs. This role provides project management leadership to deliver strategy, business cases, and plans; works with cross-functional teams to organize and execute advanced development programs while meeting budget targets.

The position requires strong program execution experience, stakeholder management, and governance across functions; you will interface with prime contractors and manage contract scope,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, OR Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience, OR PhD and 3+ years’ experience.
• US Citizen and eligible for a DoD security clearance.
• Experience with Gov’t EVMS process and reporting

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive a holistic program master schedule
• Develop future proposals owning program management content
• Lead stakeholder interface management and successful delivery of stakeholder requirements
• Promote collaboration across the team and support functions to meet program goals
• Provide project management governance including employee engagement, continuous improvement, risk management and reporting Progress system through company gated reviews
