**Job Description:**

GDIT is seeking a Program Execution Director to join our CMS Payer Lifecycle Mission Support (PLMS) team. This role involves executing GDIT's strategic goals with a focus on Health Insurance Marketplaces, Medicaid Unwinding, and the No Surprise Act at CMS.

The Director will lead existing programs, provide thought leadership, and support account management with a focus on relationship management and service delivery. They will ensure strategic alignment of enterprise applications and systems for CMS’s CCIIO and related stakeholders, assessing technical performance and applying best practices. This is a remote position without work visa sponsorship.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Manage client relationships and oversee program or project management as needed.
  2. Review and contribute to cost, schedule forecasts, and technical performance tracking.
  3. Lead special project teams, ensuring objectives are met.
  4. Diagnose system issues and collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines.
  5. Support account growth, including business development and proposal activities.
  6. Review project portfolios, plan improvements, and infuse innovations for long-term success.
  7. Coordinate resources across teams and contractors to deliver projects.
  8. Align technical strategies with long-term organizational growth.
  9. Clarify requirements and propose solutions to meet milestones.
  10. Lead technical solution strategies throughout project lifecycles.
  11. Engage with customers to understand needs and shape solutions.
  12. Identify optimal technical approaches and develop recommendations.
  13. Collaborate across business units to identify strategies and solutions.
  14. Contribute to teaming strategies and vet potential partners.
  15. Review proposals and provide feedback to strengthen solutions.
  16. Manage direct reports, including performance reviews and mentorship.

**Requirements:**

  • Master’s Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Extensive CMS experience, including 5+ years with ACA programs
  • Experience with CMS CCIIO environment and related customer solutions
  • Experience with CMS CSG, IDR, and FFM
  • Commitment to excellence, decision-making, and technology adaptation
  • Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies, data storage techniques
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
  • Residency in the US for at least 3 of the last 5 years
