Responsibilities

  • Lead participant recruitment and manage the application and selection process for capacity-building programs.
  • Manage program workplans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high-quality and timely implementation.
  • Manage vendor and contractor processes, including setup and onboarding.
  • Develop clear and engaging materials and communications for program participants and partners.
  • Manage program and event logistics to create a seamless, high-quality participant experience.
  • Facilitate practical, interactive learning experiences that promote application, peer learning, and a collaborative community of practice.
  • Plan and manage client and internal team meetings, including developing agendas, facilitating discussions, documenting decisions, and coordinating follow-up.
  • Manage evaluation project timelines and tasks.
  • Manage logistics for data collection activities on external evaluation projects, including focus group and interview recruitment and programming and administering surveys in Qualtrics.
  • Facilitate focus groups and interviews with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
  • Write research and evaluation reports that are actionable and responsive to client and community needs.
  • Develop and improve internal systems and processes.

About the Position

The Program & Evaluation Manager plays a key role in translating ImpactED's approach into high-quality programs and projects. Working collaboratively with ImpactED staff, partners, participants, and other stakeholders, the Manager manages complex work from planning through implementation, facilitates engaging learning experiences, contributes to research and evaluation, and helps strengthen the systems that support ImpactED's work.
