The Program & Evaluation Manager manages ImpactED's capacity-building programs and evaluation projects, helping ImpactED and its partners learn, improve, and increase their impact. The role combines program management and facilitation, research and evaluation, partner engagement, and internal operations to support high-quality, collaborative work.
Based in the University of Pennsylvania's College of Liberal and Professional Studies, ImpactED is an evaluation and training center that equips social and public sector organizations with critical skills and data to accelerate social change.

The Program & Evaluation Manager plays a key role in translating ImpactED's approach into high-quality programs and projects. Working collaboratively with ImpactED staff, partners, participants, and other stakeholders, the Manager manages complex work from planning through implementation, facilitates engaging learning experiences, contributes to research and evaluation, and helps strengthen the systems that support ImpactED's work.
