Responsibilities

• Lead the design, coordination, and execution of all CRED NYC program components, including outreach and healthcare training.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team of case managers, instructors, job developers, outreach specialists, and mental health professionals.
• Serve as primary liaison to the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) to ensure contractual compliance and reporting.
• Oversee data systems, monitor participant progress, and drive quality improvement through metrics reviews.
• Collaborate with SkillSpring leadership and TNJH teams on fundraising, budgeting, and program integration.
• Cultivate partnerships with employers, training providers, and community-based organizations.
