Paycom - ATS seeks a Program Director to oversee the Posse program across up to six university partners in the San Francisco area. You will manage a team of trainers and a program coordinator, coordinate site operations, and develop scholarship nomination networks with high schools and community organizations.

You will monitor student outcomes, coach staff, and report regularly to the site director. Strong organizational, communication, and travel-ready capabilities are essential to success.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 2–3 years experience in youth development/training programs.
• 2–3 years of management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of San Francisco Bay Area public high schools; willingness to travel.

Mansioni

• Oversee and manage the Posse program for up to six university partners.
• Lead a staff of up to four trainers and one program coordinator.
• Coordinate all program operations for the site; develop and maintain scholarship nominating networks.
• Manage recruitment processes and training programs (Dynamic Assessment Process, Pre-Collegiate Training, Campus Programs).
• Develop program calendar and maintain relationships with university partners.
