We seek a talented individual for a Program Director role, responsible for the successful sales and delivery of COB/PI services to clients. Oversees routine delivery of client services and manages client relationships and overall contract P&L.

Your role in our mission
  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring overall client satisfaction.
  • Lead/manage all account and contractual aspects, including planning, scheduling, quality assurance, and reporting of workload and financial results.
  • Manage an operating budget with P/L responsibility, including monthly accruals, revenue, and expense projections.
  • Introduce, negotiate, and implement new projects to expand scope.
  • Develop and maintain a project status reporting system to track, monitor, and complete contract deliverables timely.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to develop and implement strategic business plans to meet enterprise goals.
  • Work with clients and stakeholders to monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively. Attend status meetings and present contract results.
  • Provide analysis and expertise in operational results and contract deliverables reporting.
  • Identify gaps and recommend improvements related to technology, processes, and services based on organizational overview.
  • Shape procurements and identify opportunities for value-added services, leading procurement processes and RFP responses.
  • Participate in quality management efforts.
  • Monitor the competitor landscape and legislative/regulatory initiatives through regular reporting. Track competitive activities within assigned states.
  • Engage in strategy and development of government affairs programs for assigned accounts.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS); preferred majors include Business, IT, Accounting, Healthcare.
  • 5+ years of client management, presentation, or supervisory experience.
  • 3+ years of Medicaid/Medicare/Public Health experience, with knowledge of Medicaid programs, benefit coordination, coverage, and payment rules.
  • 3+ years of Third-Party Liability (TPL) and Recovery Audit Contract (RAC) experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications; advanced technical knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, managing relationships across multiple task orders, functional areas, and locations.
What you should expect in this role
  • Fully Remote (within the US). Internet connection should have a minimum speed of 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload; higher speeds are preferable.
  • Preferred candidates reside within Colorado or nearby within the Mountain Time Zone.
  • Travel may be required up to 10%.
  • This is a full-time, permanent, salaried (W-2) position with a Monday-Friday, 40-hour work schedule.
  • Benefits such as health coverage start on day 1.
  • Company match 401K and other benefits available after a few months.
  • Flexible vacation policy after 90 days, with manager approval for exceptions.
  • Company-provided computer for work.
  • Video cameras are required during interviews and the first week of orientation.
  • This position is open until May 17, 2025, or filled.

The pay range is $82,900.00 - $118,400.00 annually, with variations depending on location, experience, and other factors.
