• Administer and supervise retention and success programs for State Farm Scholars.
• Supervise staff including hiring, training, and evaluation; advise on policies and systems.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Financial Aid, Advising, and Career Services to onboard scholars.
• Manage State Farm initiatives and data tracking; provide ongoing mentoring to scholars.
• Teach GSU 1010 courses and support program assessments and reports.
