Job summary

VBeyond Corporation is seeking a Program Director to own delivery leadership and act as the senior counterpart to the client's project management and technology leadership on a multi-year SAP transformation for a global EPC organization.

You will own end-to-end delivery, lead cross-functional workstreams (engineering, procurement, construction, project controls, supply chain and finance), and govern the program using Azure DevOps or Jira.

Job description

Program Director to own delivery leadership and to act as the senior counterpart to the client's project management and technology leadership. This is a client-facing role on a multi-year SAP transformation program for a global engineering, procurement and construction organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery for the SAP transformation program, from early scoping and planning through the implementation phases that follow.
• Lead cross-functional integration across engineering, procurement, construction, project controls, supply chain and finance workstreams.
• Operate the multi-party governance model spanning the clients, with explicit workstream ownership, dependency tracking and escalation paths.
• Run that governance through tooling such as Azure DevOps or Jira, so that ownership, dependencies, escalations and progress remain visible to client leadership without being asked for.
• Translate EPC business processes into SAP solution decisions: project setup and WBS design, cost breakdown structures, engineering change control, subcontractor management, progress measurement, progress billing and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition.
• Own the integrated program plan and critical path, and manage scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality across all workstreams.
• Act as the senior relationship owner for client executive stakeholders, running steering and operational forums and resolving escalations before they reach the sponsor.
• Build and lead the onsite and offshore delivery organization, including the program leadership layer beneath the Program Director.
