Job description

Role Overview- We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect - Engineering, Construction & Operations (ECO/EPC) to lead the end-to-end solution architecture for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program within a leading Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) organization.

The successful candidate will serve as the architectural authority across project-centric Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehousing, Construction Planning, and Construction Execution processes. This individual will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to design scalable, clean-core SAP solutions that integrate engineering data, material readiness, project procurement, work packaging, field execution, quality management, subcontractor administration, and project controls.

Required Qualifications

• 18+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on large-scale enterprise transformations.

• Proven experience in EPC, Engineering, Construction, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Chemicals, Energy, Infrastructure, or Capital Projects industries.
• Experience leading multiple full-cycle SAP implementations from design through deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA transformations within EPC or capital-project-intensive organizations.
• Experience with SAP Enterprise Portfolio & Project Management (EPPM).
• Exposure to Commercial Project Management (CPM).
• Knowledge of 4D/5D construction planning solutions.
• Experience implementing supplier collaboration and subcontractor management portals.
• Exposure to large-scale legacy application replacement initiatives.
• Relevant SAP certifications in:
