This role requires the ability to engage and guide participants at all skill levels in a fun, safe, and structured learning environment.

Qualifications & Skills

No Martial Arts Experience Required - We provide training!

• Comfortable Working with All Age Groups - Ability to lead and motivate students.
• Excellent Communication Skills - Ability to connect with students, parents, and staff.
• Strong Leadership & Time Management, Organized. - Keeps parents on track and engaging.
• Customer Service Experience required ( 1 year minimum ) - Helps with student retention.
• Sales Training Required ( 1 year Minimum) - Ability to introduce new students to the program.
