What You’ll Do

Welcome prospective students, give them an exciting first impression of our programs, and help them take their first steps into martial arts.
Guide families and individuals in choosing membership options that best support their goals, helping them feel confident and excited about joining.
Represent Premier in the community through fun local events, school demos, festivals, and business partnerships.
Generate leads through referrals, digital marketing, and engaging promotions.
Support instructors by handling scheduling, admin tasks, and providing top‑notch service to students and families.
Create a positive experience as a friendly, helpful presence that students can rely on for information, support, and encouragement.

What We’re Looking For

A people‑person with strong communication and sales skills.
