Job summary

Willmeng Construction is seeking a Program Director to provide high-level leadership and oversight for multiple projects from conception through completion. You will manage Project Executives and lead Public Safety work, including police and fire stations, crime labs, and related facilities.

Qualifications

• Design-phase experience coordinating with architects/engineers and managing related scope, schedule, and budget.
• Estimating experience including conceptual estimating and budget development.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Lead and mentor project teams (PMs, PEs, superintendents), setting performance expectations and staffing plans.
• Drive client satisfaction and repeat business through proactive communication and consistent delivery of commitments.
• Monitor project financial performance and implement corrective actions to protect margin and reduce risk.
• Establish and maintain project controls, reporting cadence, and documentation practices.
