Job Description

Job Summary: Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts. Delivers products through the design process to completion, plans and directs schedules and budgets, and monitors projects from inception to delivery. May oversee external vendors and assign tasks to system analysis and program staff. Focuses on project/program management, with responsibilities including governance across operational and strategic portfolios, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Manage programs using staff and matrixed resources with oversight from senior management
• Serve as industry Subject Matter Expert and lead programs to meet critical needs
• Escalate gaps and barriers in implementation and compliance
• Develop business case methodologies and coordinate business strategies
• Collaborate with other units at corporate and Molina Plans

Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Required Experience: 7-9 years

Preferred Education: Graduate degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience: 10+ years

Preferred Certifications: CPHQ
