Job summary

Amity Foundation is seeking compassionate individuals to join our community as a Program Director (ISUDT). This role plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates all aspects of the program and supervises staff to ensure service delivery.

The position requires on-site presence during programming hours, with calendar coordination with the CDCR and regular reporting. AOD counseling certification and experience are required, along with benefits such as vacation, holidays, and retirement programs.

Qualifications

• Certified as an AOD counselor and three years’ experience as a certified AOD counselor.
• Experience coordinating program operations and staff.
• Ability to maintain compliance with CDCR contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate all program aspects.
• Be on-site during programming hours and manage scheduling.
• Notify CDCR CCIII 7 calendar days in advance of training or leave.
• Maintain calendar and communicate with CDCR weekly.
• Coordinate ARMS entry, reporting, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate with CDCR and institution staff on facility activities.
• Provide weekly staffing schedule and OMCP/Peer Mentor assignments.
• Collaborate with CDCR/CCHCS and other staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
