Rome Radio Partners in Rome, Georgia, is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead day-to-day programming across Classic Country, Modern Country, NewsTalk, Gold-based AC, Classic Rock and Top 40. The role emphasizes imaging, promotions, and online station websites to engage a 300,000+ listener area.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of multiple formats, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with programming automation systems (Wide Orbit).

Qualifications

• Experience in multiple radio formats.
• Strong knowledge of programming automation systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a community.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Imaging and scheduling content across multiple formats.
• Develop programming promotions and promotions calendar.
• Oversee station websites and online presence.
• Coordinate music scheduling for Modern Country, AC and Top 40.
• Communicate with voice talents both in-market and out-of-market.
• Occasional backup for the Production Department.
