The Little Gym is seeking a Program Director to reinforce core values and lead the curriculum while communicating professionally to staff and customers. You will teach gymnastics classes, lead a positive work environment, present programs to members, deliver outstanding service, and monitor business indicators to grow enrollment and finances.

• Teach amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Lead and develop a fun, professional work environment for staff.

• Analyze key business indicators to grow enrollment and finances.
• Handle office duties: calls, texts, emails, and inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by cleaning equipment.
