Job summary

HonorHealth is expanding its Internal Medicine Residency Program in Scottsdale and Phoenix, AZ, inviting board-certified IM physicians to join as Core Faculty or Associate Program Director. The role includes outpatient primary care and academic hospitalist tracks with POCUS education.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Internal Medicine.
• Experience in graduate medical education leadership or curriculum development.
• Eligible for Arizona medical licensure.
• Passion for resident education and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor residents and medical students.
• Develop and lead residency curriculum; participate in resident recruitment and evaluation.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and participate in faculty governance.
• Participate in residency POCUS education for hospitalist and ambulatory tracks.
