Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ten years of related experience.
• Experience managing grants and large-scale projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with multi-sector coordination and grant reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the public health grant project, from inception to completion.
• Provide leadership and manage overall program operations.
• Develop program strategic plans with Co-PIs and monitor procedures.
• Direct and supervise assigned program staff and conduct regular team meetings.
• Oversee evaluation planning, metrics, and monthly progress reports.
• Develop and monitor budgets; ensure financial compliance with procurement guidelines.
