Texas A&M University Health Science Center is seeking a Program Director for the Pharmacy - Instruction department. The role focuses on directing the public health grant project, coordinating strategy with Co-PIs, and supervising program staff in a fast-paced, grant-funded environment.

The candidate should bring a strong track record in program management, evaluation, and cross-functional leadership, with a commitment to compliance and reporting across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ten years of related experience.
• Doctorate and/or master's degree preferred.
• Experience in managing grants and large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the public health grant project; align with goals and timelines.
• Provide leadership and manage overall program operations.
• Develop program strategic plans, goals, and policies with Co-PIs.
• Direct and supervise assigned program staff; run regular progress reviews.
• Foster collaboration and ensure quality and efficiency of processes.
• Monitor and report on project progress and outcomes.
