Program Director | Camp Henry | Newaygo, MI

Camp Henry is seeking a dedicated, hardworking, experienced, servant minded, gracious, kind, creative, and fun loving Program Director to lead our program team. This includes 5-6 year round Program Staff members as well as multiple seasonal staff members and a Summer Staff team of 40+. The Program Director has the primary responsibility of delivering and enhancing outstanding program experiences for all campers and guests including recruiting, training, supervising, mentoring and encouraging program staff members. They will supervise and lead key program areas: High Adventure, Aquatics, Environmental & Outdoor Education, Horses, Team Building & Tripping. Camp Henry is a fun, positive, challenging, and exciting place to work, learn, and serve! In addition to our summer camp programming, our spring, fall, and winter seasons are full of serving school groups, sports teams, scout groups, youth groups, and retreat guests.
