Qualifications

• Master's degree required; independent NY state licensure (LCSW or LMHC with diagnostic privilege).
• Minimum 2 years' experience supervising clinicians; 5 years working with children and families.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory parties and performance specifications.

We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine!

Our Program Directorwill provide clinical supervision to our Other Licensed Practitioners (OLP Clinicians) who provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote a families' strengths! The Program Directors work to ensure compliance with all regulatory parties and performance specifications.
Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related human services field
• Independent NY state licensure isrequired (LCSW or LMHC with diagnostic privilege)
• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experienceworking with children, youth, and families
• Bilingual English / Spanish preferred

Compensation:

• Salary Range $80,000 - $90,000
