Job summary

Qualifications
- Must meet regulatory educational standards.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or license nurse/license clinician.
- Two years of experience or training in a mental health setting, one year in program development for persons with severe mental disabilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5, psycho-social rehabilitation, recovery principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate the rehabilitation program.
- Ensure compliance with policies and reporting requirements.
- Provide full spectrum of mental health services during stay and treatment plan.
- Provide in-service training and supervise program staff.
