Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in education, social work or related field required or preferred.
• Experience with afterschool programming and youth services highly valued.
• Knowledge of DYCD, DOH licensing and related standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide program oversight including budgeting, funding coordination and staff supervision.
• Ensure program elements, enrollment, and retention meet standards and guidelines.
• Support youth development through positive supervision and role modeling.
• Develop schedules, enroll participants, and incorporate feedback for program improvements.
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise frontline staff; hold regular meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, health guidelines, and required clearances are maintained.
