Job summary

The Orleans Central Supervisory Union in Barton, Vermont seeks an Afterschool Program and Summer Program Director to lead the 21st Century Community Learning Centers grant. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of OCSU's after-school and summer programs, including academic, enrichment, and recreational activities.
• Provide oversight of programs serving students in grades K–8 across participating sites.
• Work with Site Coordinators, teachers, students, families, and principals to develop engaging program schedules.
• Ensure programming meets the needs of students and families while aligning with grant goals and requirements.
• Monitor program participation, daily attendance, and other required program data.
• Lead monthly meetings with Site Coordinators and provide ongoing support and professional leadership.

Education
