Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in education or related field is required.
• Candidate demonstrates strong communication and organization skills.
• Experience working with diverse cultures and families is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Articulate program vision and objectives to staff, families, and community leaders.
• Coordinate program implementation at each Center with the Campus Coordinator.
• Develop marketing and recruiting strategies for teachers and families.
• Establish procedures and policies to ensure program success.
• Provide reports and ensure compliance and data activities.
• Attend required trainings, webinars, and meetings; manage center budgets.
