The Little Gym in Middleton, Wisconsin is seeking enthusiastic staff to teach engaging classes for children from 4 months to 12 years, using our proven curriculum and teaching methods.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Oversee the full breadth of offered programs to maintain The Little Gym's high standards.
• Oversee training and evaluation of fellow team members.
• Physical requirements: active role; stand, walk, bend, jump, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Summary:

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Oversee the full of breadth offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met
• Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members
• Physical Requirements: This is an active, hands‑on role. Team members must be able to stand, walk, bend, jump, and move throughout their shift; safely spot and physically support children on gymnastics equipment; move equipment as needed; and lift up to 50 lbs.
