Job summary

The Little Gym is looking for energetic team members to teach our gym-based programs for children aged 0 months through 12 years. You’ll deliver engaging classes using our proven curriculum and help families enjoy a positive membership experience in a fun, high-energy environment.

We value enthusiasm, a great attitude, and a willingness to learn. Training and ongoing development are provided, with opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps.
• Energetic, positive, and able to engage kids and families.
• Good communication with children, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we’ll teach you how!).
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Oversee the full breadth offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met.
• Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members
