Job summary

The Little Gym is seeking energetic team members to teach our proven gymnastics-based programs to kids from 0 months through 12 years. Join a friendly, team-oriented environment with ongoing training and development.

You will deliver engaging classes, provide outstanding customer service and membership experiences, and help maintain the high standards of The Little Gym International while coaching fellow staff.

Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics preferred.
• Strong desire to serve and help others be their best.
• Excellent people skills and ability to connect with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Oversee the breadth of offered programs to meet high standards.
