Job summary

Mid-South Area Residential Service seeks a Program Director to enhance organizational processes and infrastructure, enabling growth while fulfilling its mission. The role reports to the CEO and focuses on strategic leadership, program quality, and staff development in a dynamic environment.

With primary responsibility for recruiting and managing personnel, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with a collaborative leadership team, you will guide day-to-day operations and drive service

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent in experience.
• Knowledge of DDA and TN Licensure operations.
• Strong operational experience.
• Skills include organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning; demonstrated success developing and monitoring systems that involve high levels of collaboration.
• Excellent people skills with a partnership mindset to work with a dynamic leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Support and advise the COO/CEO in decision making.
• Oversee the job duties of the Program Coordinator, Program Managers and Residential Support Managers.
• Encourage staff development and education and align staff work with the total program of the company.
• Maintain a climate that attracts, keeps and motivates a diverse staff of top-quality people.
• Recruit, employ, and release of all personnel.
• Represent the programs to agencies, organizations, and the public with a strong, positive image.
• Function as the Reportable Event Manager.
• Attend relevant meetings for persons served.
• Perform quality assurance duties for the agency in preparation of surveys.
• Oversee day-to-day functions of the company.
• Be available to assist agency with needs in non-emergency and emergency situations.
• Be available for on-call duties including night and/or weekend duties.

Responsibilities

• Support and advise the COO/CEO in decision making.
