Job summary

The Little Gym of Somerville seeks a full-time instructor to lead engaging classes based on our proven curriculum. You’ll deliver high-energy sessions, provide outstanding member service, and ensure safety and quality across programs. You’ll also help train and evaluate teammates to maintain The Little Gym’s standards of excellence.

We value energy, a love of kids, and a willingness to grow with a fast-moving team committed to community enrichment and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with children and be energetic.
• Background in child development or physical education is a plus.
• Experience in a gym setting is beneficial.
