JRI’s Developing Abilities programs provide comprehensive support for individuals with developmental disabilities, offering services that promote independence, skill development, and community integration.
The Program Director will oversee Residential, Day Habilitation, and Employment Day Services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our residential programs create safe, supportive living environments where individuals receive personalized care and assistance tailored to their unique needs.
Our day habilitation program provides innovative, community-based day supports in small groups to help adults with significant learning needs develop valuable skills, enhance their quality of life, and achieve their personal goals. Our employment day services help individuals develop essential employment-related skills and successfully navigate various work environments to secure and maintain meaningful, competitive employment.
Schedule: This is a full-time, in-person role that requires travel. In this role, you will commute between programs located west of Boston and in MetroWest Massachusetts. The main office is located in Framingham, MA.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $53,000 to $128,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
