Role Description

The Program Director is a full-time, on-site role based at the Boynton Beach, FL campus, responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of an academic program. Daily responsibilities include supervising faculty, coordinating class schedules, monitoring program outcomes, and ensuring curriculum quality and compliance with institutional and accreditation standards. The Program Director supports student success through advising, resolving academic concerns, and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment. The role collaborates with campus leadership on enrollment initiatives, retention strategies, and continuous improvement, while maintaining accurate documentation and reports. This position also involves participation in meetings, professional development, and representing the program within the college and the local community.
