Southeastern College is seeking a Program Director for the Nursing program. The role involves overseeing curriculum development, delivering courses, advising students, and coordinating with campus coordinators to ensure consistent program quality.
The candidate should hold a Master’s degree in nursing (or related field), have at least 4 years of clinical nursing experience, and be a licensed RN in good standing. This is an on-site position at the campus location.

First and foremost, their role as Faculty members is to engage students, foster learning, role model professionalism, and ultimately produce competently trained students prepared for professional careers. Faculty designated as Program Directors also have the responsibility of developing and maintaining their programs.

The physical demands are those required in a professional office setting and higher education teaching environment: communicating with coworkers, presenting to a classroom of students (virtual classrooms for on-line), demonstrating procedures and techniques, and getting to and from appropriate classes and offices.
