Program Delivery Manager - Enterprise Security

Overview

The Guardian Enterprise Security team performs cybersecurity protection functions for the organization, operating a variety of advanced cybersecurity technologies, managing identity and access management, responding to and investigating cyber threat alerts, providing cybersecurity engineering, initial cyber incident response support, and monitoring for anomalous activity. Reporting to the Chief Technology Security Officer, this role involves first-line delivery management, budget monitoring, and quality tracking to support the enterprise cybersecurity strategy.

Required Qualifications

• Critical thinker with passion to learn, execute, and deliver.
• 5-7+ years of experience managing programs and coordinating security control activities.
• Strong understanding of security architecture, engineering, troubleshooting, and design principles.
• Knowledge of security programs such as Identity Access Management, Data Loss Prevention, Security Operations, Cyber Defense, Cyber Threat Management, Cyber Response, and Security Engineering.
• Experience collaborating with high-performing cybersecurity teams and managing large enterprise initiatives globally.
• Proven ability to coordinate delivery with operations and engineering teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a STEM field; Master's in Business is a plus.

Location

Three days a week at a Guardian location in New York, NY, Bethlehem, PA, Holmdel, NJ, or Stamford, CT.

Salary Range

$116,350 - $191,155, based on education, experience, and abilities. Additional incentive compensation may be available.
