Qualifications

• The Program Dean is responsible for leading a team of educators and clinical coordinators.
• Experience with curriculum development, supervision, instruction, evaluation, and academic advising.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the program's structure and daily operations including administration and review.
• Manage staff including instructors, adjunct faculty and clinical coordinators.
• Lead self-study accreditation processes and maintain JRCDMS/CAAHEP compliance.
• Oversee marketing and coordination of clinical sites and conduct orientations.
• Attend seminars to stay current with industry technology and teaching methods.
• Orient students to didactic and clinical phases of the program.
• Visit clinical sites quarterly and chair the advisory committee.
• Develop and revise program handbooks and evaluation forms.
• Participate in didactic instruction and budget planning.
