Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop analytical systems tracking a large portfolio of signal projects.
  • Build data pipelines that ingest, clean, and join project- and contract-data.
  • Apply GIS methods to map distributed infrastructure and link delivery data to intersections.
  • Develop metrics showing project progress, bottlenecks, and risks early.
  • Evaluate data quality and coordinate with divisions to improve data capture and use.
  • Present findings to leadership with clear, actionable recommendations.
