Northrop Grumman Space Sector is seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst at Redondo Beach, CA. The role focuses on cost control, earned value management, and financial analysis for complex contracts located on site.

Ideal candidates will have DoD program experience, FP&A capabilities, and proficiency with EVM processes, and FAR/DFAR requirements. Onsite work with a strong Total Rewards package is offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up cost control system and monitor costs for contracts with validated cost control baselines.
• Support audits, reviews, and negotiations with programs, customers, and management.
• Perform EVMS tasks: WBS development, budget baseline, estimates to complete, and variance analysis.
• Prepare reports to ensure contracts stay within negotiated parameters and government guidelines.
• Collaborate with program managers, CAMs, and IPTs to meet cost and schedule objectives.

This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.Our Program Cost Control Analyst – Level 3 or 4 for the Space Sector will interface with the program managers, functional management, and cost account managers (CAMs) to provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program requirements. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
