This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.Our Program Cost Control Analyst – Level 2 or 3 for the Space Sector will interface with the program managers, functional management, and cost account managers (CAMs) to provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program requirements. Candidate will gain valuable experience and knowledge with Earned Value and performance measurement baseline concepts and be able to apply them to multiple contracts for control accounts within an engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT).Your Role and Impact:Set up cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control systemSupport audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management, fact-finding and negotiation supportPerform analysis and prepare reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelinesPerform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis/ assessment and visibility reports, development and analysis of estimates to completeOther duties as assignedBasic Qualifications for Level 2:Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree.
