Job summary

Girls on the Run Greater Oregon is seeking a Program Coordinator to help make each season a success by supporting site liaisons, coaches and volunteers from onboarding through the final week of the season.

You will work with our six-person team, report to the Program Outreach Manager, and focus on recruiting, access and inclusion, program quality, and ensuring a welcoming, equitable experience for every girl served.

Qualifications

• Organized and relationship-minded with a commitment to inclusion and accessibility.
• Experience coordinating volunteers or programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Site Onboarding: support school-based site liaisons with coach and participant recruitment, ensure adequate staffing.
• Program Quality: promote inclusive strategies and ensure policies are followed.
• Team Responsibilities: assist with events and gather stories for fundraising and communications.
