Job summary

Girls on the Run Berks County seeks a Program Manager to oversee all GOTR programs, coach volunteers, and manage site operations. The role reports to the Executive Director and is full-time, salary exempt, with a hybrid work arrangement in Berks County.

The ideal candidate will lead outreach, site management, coach training, budget development, and data-driven program improvements while fostering community partnerships and ensuring program quality across third through eighth grade participants.

Qualifications

• Experience in program delivery/management and/or training facilitation in youth/nonprofit settings.
• Ability to work with diverse communities and partners to grow programs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and volunteers.
• Comfort with data management, reporting, and online platforms (MS Office/Google).
• Willingness to travel around Berks and Schuylkill counties using a personal vehicle.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach and site management to reflect community demographics.
• Develop marketing strategies and collaborate with schools and groups.
• Recruit, train, and support coaches; oversee background checks and CPR/First Aid.
• Manage program administration, inventory, registrations, and evaluations.
• Develop budgets, manage financial assistance policies, and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate events, communications, and partner relationships; ensure program impact.
