Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Solid understanding of youth development principles.
• Experience with court-involved young adults.
• Ability to work from a strength-based, non-judgmental approach.
• Proficiency using word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills.
• Must be available to work flexible, non-traditional schedule including evenings/weekends.
• Sense of humor a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise implementation of ARCHES program per mandates and standards.
• Create engaging programming to maximize participant potential.
• Develop processes to integrate participant feedback into planning.
• Recruit, screen, hire and supervise Mentors.
• Ensure program utilization meets contractual goals.
• Coordinate DOP technical assistance.
• Attend required DOP meetings with staff.
• Maintain mentor/young adult ratios and fidelity to ARCHES model.
• Schedule weekly groups and one-on-one sessions.
• Lead case conferences and staff meetings.
• Develop on-call schedule.
• Liaise with Probation Officers on a weekly basis.
• Provide narrative and statistical reports to Good Shepherd and funders.
• Monitor and manage the program budget.
• Ensure proper use of internal/external databases.
• Participate in agency work groups and external meetings.
