Job summary

The Saratoga Regional YMCA is seeking a Program Coordinator in Glens Falls, NY. This full-time role reports to the Branch Executive Director and helps develop, deliver, and promote high-quality programs across youth and adult sports, STEM, arts, family programs, and revenue initiatives.

The coordinator ensures alignment with the YMCA mission and association standards while driving participation and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Youth/Sports and Child Care.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a child care or sports related field preferred.
• Experience in staff supervision and leadership to groups.

Responsibilities

• Support development, delivery, and expansion of high-quality programs.
• Assist with staff onboarding, training, and lesson planning.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management.
• Maintain program data, schedules, registrations, and evaluations.
• Support program engagement, marketing, and community outreach.
