The University Honors & Scholars Programs (UHSP) offers eight interdisciplinary pathways, including honors programs, undergraduate research, and specialized scholars programs, supporting 20% of undergraduates with opportunities beyond their major.

Position Purpose: Support honors and scholar experiences, manage student employees, oversee projects related to marketing and policies, assist with funding and event facilitation, and maintain program systems, including website management. This role requires working closely with the UHS Department Manager and Executive Director, with occasional work on weekends and evenings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Four years of administrative support experience, including data entry, social media, and computer skills proficiency
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work with diverse populations
  • Current Colorado residency

Substitutions: Coursework from accredited institutions may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis. Transcripts are required if substituting coursework.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in higher education administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Wordpress, and Workday
  • Highly organized and capable of multi-tasking
