Job summary

Job description

Position Title: SBYSP Coordinator
Reports To: SBYSP Manager
Broad Function: Responsible for oversight and service delivery for the SBYSP Team
I. CORE VALUES:

III. SUPERVISION:
  1. Attends supervision consistently and comes prepared.
  2. Documents supervision.
  3. Able to receive feedback and to learn from it.
  4. Has insight about self (i.e. strengths and weaknesses) and utilizes that knowledge toward growth and change.
IV. LEADERSHIP: Coordinator Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for day to day management of SBYSP.
  2. Report and update Manager and Director of Programs on the status of program (s).
  3. Facilitate SBYSP team meetings, Case Conferences and CAB (Community Advisory Board) meetings and keep minutes of each meeting.
  4. Provide supervision and oversight of SBYS program staff.
  5. Manage and assist in program related training needs and issues to ensure continuity of quality in program.
  6. Assess and address risk management concerns and issues according to agency policies.
  7. Assist the Human Resources Manager with the hiring, training, disciplining, evaluating, and motivating clinical staff.
  8. Manage all program budget and finance affairs in conjunction with the Program Manger, Director of Programs, Finance Team and CFO.
  9. Shop for program via online or in person as needed to ensure uninterrupted services and continuous running of program (s).
  10. Commitment to the Quality Improvement process, including participation on the steering committee and at least one sub‑committee. As well as supporting program staff participation.
  11. Provide clinical and crisis stabilization services.
  12. Committed to empowering students and their families to solve their own problems and to the value of a nurturing family as the ideal environment for a child.
  13. Refer students and their families to appropriate services.
  14. Manage and input data into multiple databases including but not limited to the agency ECR (Netsmart), funder database (Salesforce/Connex) and ensure all information is entered accurately and within agency and funder given timeframes.
