The Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Full‑Time MBA (FTMBA) Program.
You will advise student clubs, MBA Council, and section leadership, while coordinating logistics for conferences and events and collaborating with campus partners in Ann Arbor. Under supervision, you will help manage budgets, plan orientations, and support community programs.

The Full‑Time MBA (FTMBA) Program Office supports the learning community and goals of the School.
The Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting activities related to the Full‑Time MBA (FTMBA) Program including, but not limited to training and advising small‑medium sized student clubs, supporting Program Office‑hosted events such as Orientation, Commencement, workshops, and providing support for student‑led conferences.
Under direct supervision from the Associate Director, Student Life, this position provides functional coordination over work assignments for a specific content area of expertise. Coordinates one or more programs within the unit's scope of responsibility and coordinates all aspects of a project or program.
This hybrid position is based in Ann Arbor, MI, with an expectation of three days per week on‑site. The role may require occasional domestic travel, on‑call responsibilities, and work outside standard business hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain that authorization throughout employment.

Salary Information:
The salary offer range for this position is $53,500 - $66,100. Salary offers are determined based on several factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, along with internal equity considerations. It is not common for new hires to be placed at the top of the range.
This position is included in the bargaining unit represented by the University Staff United (USU), which represents bargaining unit members in all matters with respect to wages, benefits, hours and other terms and conditions of employment.
