Job summary

Harvard University’s HGSE invites applications for a Program Coordinator to support the READS Lab and CEPR operations. You will manage administrative tasks, communications, and event logistics while drafting teacher-facing resources for the MORE program.

Ideal candidates have two years of K-5 teaching or relevant experience, plus strong writing skills. The role is hybrid (Cambridge office 3 days, remote 2 days) with a one-year term appointment and potential continuation.

Qualifications

• Two years of K-5 teaching experience or relevant work experience.
• Candidates moving to the final round will be asked to do a timed writing task.
• Candidates must submit a resume and cover letter, and indicate that they meet all basic requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in program budgets, process invoices, and monitor expenses.
• Support data collection efforts and contribute to research briefs.
• Assist in writing and editing teacher resources for MORE curriculum.
• Assist with other projects as necessary.
• Support communications and social media for the READS Lab.
• Coordinate and support Lab events and travel logistics.
