Job summary

Harvard Graduate School of Education's READS Lab is seeking a Program Coordinator to support project management and curriculum development. The role emphasizes writing, editing, and coordinating administrative tasks to advance literacy research partnerships.

The position operates in a hybrid setup with three days in the Cambridge office and two remote, and is a one-year term appointment with potential continuation. Strong writing and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of K-5 teaching experience or relevant work experience.
• Candidates moving to final round will be asked to do a timed writing task.
• Resume and cover letter required to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support project management and communications for READS Lab.
• Coordinate administrative systems, budgets, invoices, and reimbursements.
• Draft and edit teacher-facing resources and digital activities for MORE and related materials.
• Provide logistics support for events and meetings.
• Maintain websites and assist with communications across CEPR.
