Job summary

Wycokck City Hall’s Community Development department seeks a Program Coordinator for a Rehabilitation and Replacement Project. This role conducts field inspections of residential and commercial rehabilitation work including roofing, ADA-compliant bathrooms, and electrical tasks, coordinating with homeowners and contractors.

Responsibilities include preparing scopes, distributing bids, monitoring construction, and handling invoicing and closeout procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related program experience or equivalent combination to perform essential duties.
• Experience in or understanding of Project Scope of Work.
• Ability to draft summaries of project needs.
• Ability to calmly interact with homeowners and contractors and explain concepts plainly.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Valid driver's license.

Practical knowledge of plumbing, sewer systems, electrical systems, roofing, and ADA-compliant bathroom construction are preferred.
