Job description

Bethel University is a leader in Christ-centered higher education with approximately 4,700 students from 50 states and 32 countries enrolled in undergraduate, graduate, seminary, and adult education programs. Based in St. Paul, Minnesota, Bethel offers bachelor's and advanced degrees in nearly 100 fields. Educationally excellent classroom-based and online programs equip graduates to make exceptional contributions in life-long service to God and the world.

Bethel University’s Christ-centered mission includes a commitment to equal educational opportunity and equal employment opportunity. Bethel does not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, sex, marital status, disability, status with regard to public assistance, familial status, or age in its admissions, educational programs, or employment practices.

About the role

As the part-time Program Coordinator for Bethel’s Undergraduate BSN Nursing Program, you’ll be an essential part of the team behind the scenes, helping create a well-organized, supportive experience for nursing students and faculty as they prepare the next generation of nurses.

You’ll work closely with the Nursing Program Director, faculty, students, and campus partners to keep the program running smoothly—from coordinating schedules and maintaining important records to supporting faculty, preparing for events, managing program communications, and helping students navigate the nursing licensure process. You’ll also play an important role in supporting accreditation and compliance requirements that help ensure the quality of our nursing program.

Most importantly, you’ll be joining a Christ-centered university community where our work goes beyond completing tasks. Together, we help prepare students not only for successful careers in nursing, but to lead lives of impact and serve others with compassion, integrity, and purpose.

This is a part-time, on-site position. It is ideal for someone looking for meaningful part-time work, a collaborative environment, and the opportunity to use their talents to support students and faculty in a program that makes a difference.

Flexibility in schedule: Choose from
  • 24 hours-per-week, 10-months/year, with 2 months off during the summer, or
  • 20 hours-per-week, 12 months/year

The starting range for this position is $22.00/hour to $23.90/hour, based on experience.

  • Use your strengths: Bring your organization, communication, problem-solving, and people skills to a role where they truly matter.
  • Work with purpose: Be part of a Christ-centered community committed to helping students lead lives of impact.
  • Find meaningful part-time work: A part-time schedule provides an opportunity to contribute your talents while maintaining balance outside of work.
